Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• In its original condition (unused, undamaged)
• In the original packaging where possible

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
3. Once we confirm your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: personal care devices, skincare tools, and massage devices. If the item is defective, we will still replace or refund it.
